In my opinion, Jason Nice, the manager of The Registry at Windsor Parke, is a lying piece of shit!
Well, it looks like the manager at The Registry at Windsor Parke, Jason Nice, doesn't like it when the truth is being told. The little piss-ant finally learned how to use the internet... good for him!
They are trying to say that this is a slanderous website. They are trying to say that I am not allowed to exercise my First Amendment Right as a citizen of the United States of America. Well, to that I say "FUCK EM". If they want this website brought down, it's for sale...for $50,000!
Would you like to live in a community where you have to board up your windows so you can't hear your neighbors yelling on their patios in the middle of the night? * Would you like to live in an apartment complex where the management staff is so ignorant that they couldn't manage a warm cup of piss? * Would you like to live in a community where you are guaranteed not to relax because every other neighbor has no respect for you? * Do you want to play a game of Fear Factor every time you try to walk to your car because everyone drives like a maniac? * Do you want to live in an apartment that has a "skylight" that was created by rain, and don't forget the free mold in the attic? * Do you like swimming in a pool full of children piss? * Do you want to workout in a gym where every other machine doesn't work and the television is the size of an iPod screen?
Within a stones throw from Hell
Basically, do not move into this apartment complex unless you enjoy spending lots of money to live in a shithole where management will never help you, and will expect the Jacksonville Sheriff's Offce to do their job for them. If you like to live in an apartment with paper-thin walls, and neighbors that never sleep during the night while you are trying to rest, this is your place to live. These apartments were a nice place to live back in 2003 and earlier, but now they are full of college kids that have no respect for people who have to work for a living, and other individuals who think it's okay to spend the entire night "hanging out" on their patio, and at 2:00 in the morning you ask them to keep it down and they tell you to fuck off.
